The following Customer Care Charter provides information of the services to be covered by our Home Buyer Guide, a copy of which will be provided with your new home.

During the selection of fixtures, fittings and floor coverings we will assist your choices with our valuable guidance.

Prior to your move we will organise a demonstration of all fixtures, systems and appliances fitted to ensure that you are familiar with their operation.

We will provide you with the information about the NHBC (National House Building Council) Buildmark Cover.

A dedicated quality control specialist will perform a rigorous check before you move into your new home. You have up to the end of your recification period to inform us about any problems you may have and we will ensure that they are rectified quickly and with minimum fuss.

We will provide you with the after-sales information as set out in the home buyers guide. We aim to deal effectively and efficiently with any service matters and emergencies, a contact number will be provided.
